I lead the Machine Learning and Optimization group at Calian SED. I use state-of-the-art research to tackle complex business problems, leading my teams, through the uncertainty, to in-production solutions. I am a firm believer in effectively communicating one’s ideas. I have presented to the C-suite executives, spoken at academic conferences and taught graduate courses at the university. In 2019, I was featured on SED’s website.

My short-term interests include theoretically-grounded approaches to production-grade machine learning systems. My long-term interests include bleeding-edge technologies such as 6G networks and quantum computing.
